Abuse Resistant Areas
For high abuse areas where panel durability is required such as gymnasiums, exercise rooms and high traffic areas we recommend a fabric panel with a perforated co-polymer sheet applied behind the fabric. This is the highest level of abuse resistance for a fabric panel.

High Humidity Areas
For areas where high humidity conditions are common such as natatoriums (interior) or chiller areas (exterior) we recommend Aluminum or Co-Polymer shells that are suitable for these conditions. These panels are available in a wide range of colors.

Geometric Sound Diffusers
Geometric diffusers improve room acoustics through random disbursement of sound reflections throughout the listening space. They can be installed on the walls and are designed to lay into a suspended grid system.

 

Definitions:

NRC - Noise Reduction Coefficient is a single-number rating that expresses the degree to which a ceiling panel absorbs sound. NRC is represented by a number between 0 and 1.00, which indicated the percentageof sound reaching the panel that will be absorbed. A ceiling panel with an NRC of .50 or higher offers significant sound-absorbing properties.

CAC - Ceiling Attenuation Class indicates the ability of a ceiling panel to block sound transmission between adjacent rooms through a ceiling plenum. A ceiling panel with a CAC of 35 or higher offers significant sound attenuation properties.

LR - A high light reflectance ceiling makes lighting systems, especially indirect lighting, more effective, while further reducing energy cost and occupant eystrain.
