The four steps of a Site-Built Acoustical Wall Panel:

 

1. Track

The rigid polymer extrusions are fastened to the wall using a pneumatic staple gun that diverges the staples into the wall insuring a tight and permanent installation.

 

2. Core

To achieve acoustical values, fiberglass core is installed within the extrusions.

 

3. Fabric

Approved fabric is then stretched over extrusions and tucked into the locking jaws of the extrusions.

 

4. Completed Panel

Panel is complete, smooth, free of wrinkles and installed perfectly to site conditions.
